Life’s journey is difficult, but you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology with emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and my aim is to facilitate an environment that is open and welcoming where you can come to find support on your journey. Whether it is gaining a better understanding of your past, building skill sets to support your emotional regulation, or collaboratively exploring current challenges you are facing, my goal is to empower you to live a healthy, balanced life and help you define your own happiness.
My healing journey has helped me understand what life can look like when you overcome past problems and grow in ways that have a healthy impact on your relationships. In my training and education, I have developed the skills to help resolve difficulties from your past and make concrete behavioral changes that will bring about positive change in your life. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, and their families, and love working with individuals or couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life, school, or job transitions, relational issues, academic difficulties, and developmental/phase of life problems. I have a non-judgmental, friendly, and collaborative approach to therapy.
I am currently working under the supervision of Minon Maier, LMFT 10386 and am pursuing training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).. I have experience with trauma healing interventions of Brainspotting, CBT and Attachment Theory.
